This Policy explains how The Wingmate Company LLC (“The Wingmate Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) uses cookies and other tracking technologies to provide functionality and enhance user experience for people (“you”, “visitors” or “users”) who visit our thewingmate.com websites (“Site” or “Sites”).

This Policy is also intended to act as The Wingmate Company’s Third-Party Inventory where such parties are engaged in targeted advertising or “sales”/”sharing” activities (as such terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other US state privacy laws) through placement of cookies and other tracking technologies on our Sites. Such third parties may be identified in our Cookies List (Section 5) below. 1. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Cookies are files that are placed on your computer or mobile or handheld device (such as smartphones or tablets) when you visit certain pages on the internet or use certain mobile applications. Persistent cookies are stored on your device for a fixed pre-defined period (usually a couple of months) and is not deleted when the browser is closed.
